SQF Certification Alerts

Get Instant Notifications for Suspensions or Withdrawals

Since ReposiTrak has partnered with SQFI to power its audit results database, we are now the first to know when a supplier’s status changes. Our goal is that when we get this information, we share it with our customers, so they can connect with their supplier and take action if needed.

Here are the SQF-certification alerts we make available to our customers:

1. Your supplier’s facility is no longer recognized as being SQF-certified. This could be due to a status change to “Withdrawn” or “Suspended”, or simply the supplier may have decided to let the certification expire and switch to another audit schema. Either way, you will now have this information in order to reach out to the supplier to understand their current status and plans.

2. Your supplier’s facility has been SQF-certified or re-certified. This email alert would provide the audit rating for your supplier. Ratings are as follows: Excellent, Good, and Complies.

3. Your Supplier’s facility has achieved a low score, or “Fails to Comply”. This has triggered a Surveillance audit put into place by SQFI. You will be notified when your supplier achieves certification.

What is the value of this? All supply chain participants want to know when a partner gains or loses their certification status in order to reduce their risk. This is a value ReposiTrak and SQFI can provide that is not available from any other service provider or audit schema. Simply put, ReposiTrak customers now even have more reason to require SQF audits for verification of their suppliers’ GFSI and FSMA compliance.
